Robert founded Baker Charles in 2015 with a view to providing a service to candidates and clients focused on integrity and delivery. Robert has extensive recruitment experience in industry and commerce, having served as a director at recruitment firm, Goodman Masson and previously as a principal consultant for Finance Professionals. Before becoming a recruiter, Robert was a BBC journalist and has a journalism degree from City University.
